It is not necessary for you to clean your home before we arrive, that is our job! We do, however, ask that you pick up or put away personal items, trash, pet feces, and other clutter. Please notify us of any items such as heirlooms that you do not wish for us to clean.
You are not required to be home during your cleaning, as our intention is to free up your time. We will make arrangements for entry to your home during your reservation. If you will be home, we can work around you while you relax.
We always start with a deep cleaning to ensure that the home is in the cleanliest condiiton so that we can maintain that level of clean with our recurring services.
Payment is due at the time of service. Initial cleanings require a deposit at the time of scheduling. Preferred payment method is a credit or debit card.
We love all animals and believe they deserve special care. If your pet is weary (or possibly aggressive) because of strangers or loud noises, we recommend that they are kept in a safe place that they are comfortable in.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled clean. If a cancellation is not made on time, you may be charged a fee of 50% of your cleaning service.
Yes, all of our cleaners undergo a thorough background check before they're hired. We only hire trustworthy and reliable professionals to ensure the safety of our customers and their homes.
